Each year, the Commodore of the Club produces a full programme of functions and events that include both social and boating activities.

Events
Most Saturday evenings, there is an organised event, some of them themed, at the Club House. Also, there is often a Friday Night Supper at the Club House, and the Riverside Bar is open most weekends.

Cruises
In addition to numerous bank holiday weekend cruises either up or down river, the Commodore of the day organises a more extensive annual summer cruise across the Channel or North Sea. All cruises are always well supported by Club members.

Competitions
During the year there are many boat handling Competitions - tidal and non-tidal, including competitions for children and novices. The TMYC has a long tradition of entering competent crews for other organised events both here, and abroad.
Commodore's Programme 2010

Friday Nights are Club Nights in the Riverside Bar unless there is a Club Function in the Main Clubhouse.

Where a Saturday has been omitted it means that there is no organised event in the club but the River Bar will be open.

Ron’s Bistro will be open Sunday Lunchtimes in the Riverside Bar during ’Club at Home’ weekends, when "Hair of the Dog" Brunch or Snack Lunches will be served.
